A refined, residential inspired retail environment designed to elevate the customer experience through warmth, tactility and thoughtful spatial planning. The suites were conceived as a calm retreat within the department store, offering a luxurious private, personalised setting for styling consultations and client appointments.

Soft lighting, layered textures and a warm, tonal palette create a sense of ease and quiet luxury. Custom joinery, integrated wardrobe displays and curated seating zones support both functionality and comfort, allowing stylists to work intuitively while clients feel considered and at ease. Circulation, privacy and flow were carefully resolved to ensure each suite feels intimate yet connected, with subtle detailing reinforcing the elevated retail identity.
